This short, highly informative, interactive workshop will provide you with greater knowledge and confidence to manage and lead/contribute to the HR function within a business. It will give you a greater understanding of what HR is and what the HR function is along with basics, essentials and desirables regarding various policies and procedures.
The session will also help signpost you towards various free online support whilst looking at options on how to manage your HR function such as free HR templates and sources of advice.
The workshop will also look at the consequences of not managing/neglecting the HR function but also how by managing/maintaining your HR function, how it can help grow and further improve your business potentially in terms of turnover, staff retention and profile of company.
