This short, highly informative, interactive workshop will help you to explore and consider how managing performance can help you to grow as a business and grow individuals within your business. The starting point will be to consider the fundamental purpose of performance management and what that means to your individual business – there is no one size fits all when it comes to performance management and appraisal. The workshop will take you on an exploratory journey to look at a range of examples and methods and the opportunity for interactive discussion for sharing of best practice and experiences of both appraising and being appraised.
The session will also help signpost you towards various free online tools, templates which you can use and adapt to meet your business needs.
The workshop will also explore how to take objectives and turn them into measurable actions and outcomes which both benefit the business and the employee.
Who is this workshop for?
The workshop would be ideal for businesses who would like to review and develop performance management as part of their strategic growth planning. This will be of particular interest to Directors & Senior Managers with responsibility for the HR function.
