Are you a manager, team leader of key decision maker within an SME? Would you like to further develop your leadership and management skills? If so this specifically designed development programme may be for you. This programme is designed to allow attendees to review the business, their management and leadership approach and achieve their desired business results more effectively.

Why attend?

The aim of the programme is to provide the target group with the essential management and leadership knowledge, skills and self-confidence to become an effective team leader/first line/middle manager.

We are confident that we deliver a pragmatic management and leadership development programme for the target group focusing on the appropriate levels of knowledge, key skills and where identified, building on levels of self-confidence.

You'll take part in three interactive workshops. The workshops will also provide opportunities for sharing practice and knowledge with other business managers and leaders.

The Participant Experience

Participants will form part of a learning group and will be encouraged and stimulated to challenge themselves. They will be encouraged to avoid blandness and develop into the type of leader that people want to work and perform well for.  Using a blend of theory, interactive group exercises, reflective and collaborative learning and case studies, we will look at a combination of skills and behaviours designed to increase confidence, developing a more effective manager / leader. Coaching will focus on transferring learning to the workplace and provide participants with the opportunity to drive forward business growth through effective leadership and management.

Please note - attendance at all three of the workshops is compulsory as is a pre-programme 1:1 meeting to discuss your business growth needs with one of our advisors. All the workshop dates and content can be found below. They will all be taking place at the same venue.
