This session is hosted by Salford Local Authority & the content is supplied by Andy Horner, Head of SME North West and Owais Mohammed, VP Relationship Director North West, Barclays Bank and Ian Dixon, Senior Advisor & Team Leader, GC BGH Access to Finance (A2F) Team.

We are running a series of sessions to support businesses to be as prepared as they can, supporting their planning and helping SMEs to consider specific aspects of their business and how a no deal Brexit may impact.

If the UK leaves the EU without a negotiated deal, we may be entering a period of economic uncertainty.  There is a multitude of conflicting forecasts in the media and a business may not know where to start in terms of planning for change.

A2F will highlight effective proven strategies and techniques for raising finance in a challenging economic climate. The session will focus on 3 key areas –

  • Key elements critical to investment readiness
  • Developing an appropriate funding strategy
  • Pitching your investment proposition
