Timothy McLean
Tim McLean has spent 30 years helping businesses improve their performance.Firstly, as an Operations Manager and General Manager in manufacturing operations and more recently as a Lean consultant, keynote speaker and author, Tim has improved supply chains around the world.
Tim’s books, “Grow your Factory, Grow Your Profits and “On Time In Full”, are published by renowned Lean publisher, Productivity Press and have made Tim a world recognised expert on implementing Lean in Smaller Organisations.

Tim Scurlock
Tim Scurlock had 20 years’ experience working extensively in the Automotive Industry in the UK, Europe and globally before moving in to consulting.
Tim’s career started in a market scheduling role in General Motors Vauxhall and since thenhas worked in both Manufacturing and Service industries, in driving efficiency, running Lean programmes and training teams of Lean Coaches.
Tim brings a broad range of Lean skills and experience to TXM, but in particular he has a deep understanding of implementing Lean in office and service environments

- SME: Small or medium enterprise i.e. less than 250 (Full Time Equivalent) employees and annual turnover less than 50 Million Euro OR Balance Sheet less than 43 million Euro
