This is a highly interactive day which includes group activities to better understand the key performance indicators [KPIs] of your business and how to implement them to achieve your goals. Together we will look at the methodology of preparing a budget, strategic plan and a cash flow forecast for your business.  We will cover the specific challenges of scaling a business and getting funding.

The attendees will all be in a similar position that is coping with the stress and strains of growing their own business.

This day will cover the basics of keeping your books, cloud based accounting, R&D tax credits, cash flow, budgeting, KPIs and will clarify questions you have about your finances and your finance team.

You’ll leave the day with a good grasp of the key elements needed to manage the accounting and cash flow in the business.  In addition the workshop will introduce you to free Apps from PwC and other useful material that will support your knowledge after the day.
