We're delighted to announce a late addition to the agenda on Friday as Lucy McAvoy, Director at artisan gin manufacturers Four Sis4ers Distillery will be joining us in Salford.

You may have heard the term Inclusive Growth and wondered what it meant? Or more importantly, why it's necessary and of benefit to your business?

The short answer is economic growth that benefits everyone, not just the few. And that by reducing inequalities in society we can grow a better quality of life for all.

To drive innovation, creativity and productivity we need to enable people to fulfil their potential. By developing your employee's skills,  you are better placed to attract and keep top talent.
In a nutshell, better jobs are better for your business.

At Recharge: Salford, Matt Richardson, Leadership and Workforce Development Advisor in the Hub will highlight how embedding an inclusive, positive culture can have a massive impact on your business's growth plans.

Also speaking is Paul Bolton, Managing Director of ONECPD. Adapting to digitisation and workforce automation is a concern to many SME's. Paul will outline how to overcome these challenges, along with how to tackle key skills shortages.

From our Organisational Improvement team, Alex Elmywood will present the advantages of maintaining a healthy and resilient workforce.

As always, you will have the opportunity to network over lunch with Greater Manchester’s business community.

Register your place now and find out how your business can be the best it can be.
