Taking experiences from the demanding environment of stand-up comedy, Present Yourself! focuses on the skills required to engage, maintain and entertain an audience of any size. The workshops are designed to increase confidence for those new to public speaking and aid advanced presenters in their capability to inform and inspire. There are no scripts or rehearsals, the emphasis is on laughter and lots of learning.

This workshop is for beginners who like a challenge and experienced speakers who appreciate individual feedback in developing their presentation performance skills.
John Cooper is a professional stand-up comedian and improviser. He was involved in the BBC2 television series The Speaker and has taught comedy workshops for the BBC New Comedy Awards.
He has performed in hundreds of theatres around the UK to audiences of over one thousand and is a member of the CSz improv troupe.
John is author of Present Yourself! - An illustrated guide to speaking in public and building confidence.
