Lloyds Bank is committed to working with our clients to support their growth and expansion in an environmentally-conscious manner.

We have teamed up with the Business Growth Hub to deliver a breakfast briefing that will give you independent advice and thought leadership that is aimed at providing you with practical advice on how to use resource and energy efficiency to reduce costs, future-proof energy supply and drive sales growth through enhanced environmental credentials.

As a valued client we invite you to join us at our Sustainability Breakfast Briefing.

Facilitated by energy and environmental specialists from the Business Growth Hub, this targeted briefing will outline practical tools and strategies to increase profits through efficiency improvements that will increase profitability and add long-term value to your business.

This taster session will signpost a range of options and actions to add value to your building and provide practical examples to reduce your utility costs.  The briefing will introduce issues and aspects around environmental business risks and outline a route map to identify and manage business risks around environmental compliance and constraints. The briefing will focus on commercial reality to provide a range of options for both short and long-term investment. This includes information on the Business Growth Hub's Resource Efficiency Grant, which provides a contribution of 50% (up to a maximum of £12,500) towards the Capex expenditure of installing resource efficient technologies (subject to meeting eligibility criteria).

Lloyds Bank is committed to sustainability and ensuring that the environmental impacts of all business operations are managed and minimised to realise significant environmental and cost savings.  This event is intended to benefit commercial property investors and owner occupiers across GM.
