Are you facing one of the most common challenges that business owners and senior executives face – too much to do and not enough time?
This session will give you an introduction to GTD® – the Getting Things Done methodology, a systematic way of managing workload that enables you to get more of the right things done with a lot less stress.
The presenter, Miles Seecharan, is a certified GTD® trainer and coach and a Senior Associate with Next Action Associates, the only company certified to teach GTD® in the UK & Ireland. Their clients include KPMG, Morgan Stanley, Barclays, Nestlé & Siemens.
N.B. This session is NOT full training in the GTD methodology - that takes a whole day - but you will take away valuable tips for managing workflow and an awareness of a powerful way of working that can have a dramatic impact on productivity and work-life balance.
