This masterclass looks at social media. The session will introduce you to the very latest evidence about the use of social media by businesses and talk you through what has been shown to work, and what hasn’t. We’ll show you quickly how to get to grips with the unwritten etiquette of social media, how to create a strategic approach which delivers clear business benefits, how to choose the right platform for you, and how to avoid tweeting about your dinner.
You’ll leave the day with an outline of your social media strategy, lots of tips and tricks to try and a good understanding of the different platforms.
Ruth Thomas from Ruby Star Associates will lead you through the masterclass, introducing you to the latest evidence about what really works for businesses and drawing on experience from the thousands of small businesses that the multi-award winning team at Ruby Star Associates have supported to grow and thrive.
This is a highly interactive session which includes evidence-informed facilitation exercises. There is an outline agenda but this will be shaped and varied based on the needs of the businesses at the session. It is useful if you come to the session with a clear idea of what you need to get out of it for your business, so we can adapt the session accordingly.
All participants will receive a workbook with notes, examples, exercises and resources to allow them to continue to develop their learning after the session.
