Are you new to Leadership or do you have a member of staff who has recently moved into a senior role within your business?

This programme is designed for those who may be new to a leadership role or those with experience but have not had the opportunity to participate in any structured leadership development.  Participants will attend 4 interactive task orientated workshops with a focus on completing a work based project followed by a 1 to 1 coaching session with one of our Leadership and Workforce Development Advisors, embedding the learning and creating a tailored plan to implement within the business.

The workshops will also provide opportunities for sharing practice and knowledge with other business managers and leaders.

Please note - Attendance on all 4 of the workshops is compulsory as is a pre programme 1 to 1 meeting to discuss your business growth needs with one of our Advisors

The Participant Experience
Participants will form part of a learning group and will be encouraged and stimulated to challenge themselves.  They will be encouraged to avoid blandness and develop into the type of leader that people want to work and perform well for.

Using a blend of theory, interactive group exercises, reflective and collaborative learning and case studies, we will look at a combination of skills and behaviours designed to increase confidence, developing a more effective manager / leader.

Coaching will focus on transferring learning to the workplace and provide participants with the opportunity to drive forward business growth through effective leadership and management.
