Do you want to grow your business and drive bottom line profit?  Want to know how to make yourself and your people as effective as possible? Want to drive out inefficiency?

They're all rhetorical questions, of course you do! Your team is your biggest asset, so long as you know how to get the best out of people.

A high-performing, focused team can deliver exceptional results but an inefficient team will be a drag on profits. This session will help you motivate individuals and teams and focus them on those activities that are of most benefit to your business.

We’ll explore and discuss some of the latest tools and teaching models used to develop greater personal effectiveness in the workplace and the link between enhanced personal effectiveness and business success.

Not only that, we’ll also consider how developing an understanding and application of these tools can help individuals enhance their own performance in the workplace.

Finally we’ll consider some of the key challenges that can undermine personal effectiveness and discuss, together, how to identify and deal with these challenges in order to maintain a high performance.

What will attendees learn / take away from the session?

This session will help you build a clear link between business goals, individual responsibilities, and individual training needs.

Attendees will gain an insight into the theories surrounding personal effectiveness. They will learn about the practical ways they can improve their own performance and add greater value in the workplace.

Employees will learn how to make sure they don’t miss out on great opportunities because they aren’t considered the natural first choice to handle the big projects or high profile customers.  Employers can ensure they are running their business effectively, gaining the full trust, support and loyalty of their employees.

Who should attend?

The session is targeted at business owners and senior managers who face major challenges and wish to make the most of their resource and skillset.
