In business, change is the only constant.
What separates the successful from the forgotten is being able to adapt and reinvent.
Join us for a conversation with Catherine Spink, Director of Neon Creations. You'll hear about Catherine’s business journey and gain an insight into how she became more profitable by reinventing her business.
For 30 years Neon Creations has been designing, manufacturing and supplying signs. Clients include Sony, River Island and the BBC.
Success meant Neon had taken their eyes away from the needs of the business. They had become so busy fulfilling commercial orders they had no time left to innovate.
With our support and expertise, Neon Creations reduced their manufacturing production times and increased sales by reorganising their workforce. This freed up more time to develop new products and concentrate on selling products with a higher-value.
Join us as Catherine explains the benefits of not standing still.
You'll also be able to connect with an ever-growing community of the region's SMEs in an hour dedicated to networking.
You can’t predict the future but can make sure that your business moves with the times
