You can have the best plan in the world but if you don’t have the right culture to support it then it will fail.

This session will make the case for consciously managing culture, the costs of not doing so and how to measure improvement.

It will also look at ideas for working on / improving culture.

Attendees will learn about the only model available globally to actually measure business culture and the degree of entropy (negative energy) present that will be impacting results.  They will also get chance to have their own personal assessment.

What will attendees learn / take away from the session?
