Bio of Deliverer

Stephanie Greasley has considerable experience as a senior business professional, operating internationally with more than 30 years of experience in a range of disciplines.  An initial career in product and process development led to sales and marketing, the development and implementation of strategic business initiatives and business start-ups. Her most recent corporate position was Managing Director of Europe’s largest and fastest growing Mobile Computing Distributor where she was responsible for the start up of the business from scratch to its leading position in Europe.

She attributes her business success largely to her skills in developing people to their optimum potential, to establishing balanced and motivated teams and creating results focused environments within the companies she has managed. Mentoring and coaching people has been a key element throughout her years in business.

Following her successful corporate-career she now specialises in delivering executive coaching, mentoring, training and facilitation to a wide range of businesses. Her focus is assisting people and companies towards the achievement of organizational goals and bottom line improvement.
