The workshops will begin with looking at the importance of Vision, Mission and Values before giving examples of some existing company visions being used by successful companies.

A group exercise in coming up with measurable objections in relation to Mission/objectives and how this relates to Values as a collective.

The session will look at living the values and how to implement these into the workplace.

The Masterclass will be an informative and interactive mix of material presented and group creation between the attendees.

The sessions focuses on ensuring attendees leave with not only an understanding of the importance of implementing the above but also to leave with  some clear  ideas on moving forward, creating their own Mission, Vision and Values  and the steps needed  to put them into practice.

All outcomes/discussions within the workshop along with the presentation will be shared with  the attendees post session.
