This is the second in a series of 3 Workshops. Taking 4 scenarios participants will be exposed to a range of tools and techniques to apply pre, during and post recruitment. Using the Driving Recruitment Model Talent will show the necessary steps and factors that an organisation should consider when recruiting.

Talent will present the potential issues that can arise when crucial elements of recruiting are not considered. The workshop discusses areas that are crucial when assessing your recruitment – Pre-recruitment, Skills Assessment, Length and Type of Employment, Recruitment Method, Employer Brand, Interview Stage and Post-recruitment.

Attendees will be able to take away techniques and factors to ensure that they recruit the right type of employee with the necessary skills set that fits with the organisations overall needs. 

What will attendees learn / take away from the session? 

Techniques to ensure that organisations consider all options and factors pre, during and post-recruitment. 

Identify who needs to be involved in the recruitment process and the support that is available.

Founder and MD, Katie, is simply passionate about providing clients with the exact, business appropriate, HR and Recruitment solution that they need. Her mission is to provide a joined-up approach to HR and recruitment; in her eyes the two should always be working together. With over 15 years’ experience of working in HR and recruitment across a wide range of businesses and sectors, she understands the key role that HR plays in helping a business owner deliver their business strategy. As a psychology graduate, she blends her understanding of people with her commercial acumen and her understanding of HR. She and her team of work closely with business owners and their senior teams to ensure that they fulfill their all things people obligations and help them shape an effective and efficient workforce through the design and implementation of a bespoke HR and recruitment strategy.

Not forgetting the blended recruitment approach that opposes the big fee approach. All with the mission of stimulating and supporting client business growth and success. Katie has authored course materials for the Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC); and has been a Study Coach for numerous students per year. She has written for a number of HR and management magazines including for The Edge and the magazine for the Institute of Leadership & Management. Katie also has a full BPS level A&B psychometric qualification
