You can also find out more about other offered Hub services and resources.
Our guest speaker, Mohamed Hanslod, CEO at Bri-Tek Technologies Ltd will talk about the challenges and opportunities of establishing a business in an emerging and volatile low carbon market, and how he has developed the company into an innovative and diverse organisation.
What will you come away with?
Mohamed will share the company’s experience on how working with Hub advisors helped to support the growth of the business, increase its market share, assist with the development and launch of new products and tap into Greater Manchester’s low carbon sector. Mohamed will also talk about how the Hub helped him to create an online campaign and investigate new funding streams.
You will also hear from Richard Ousey, Green Growth Manager on how the Hub can support businesses to become more sustainable and why this is vital to the growth of Greater Manchester.
Phil Green from Bolton Council will be speaking about Bolton’s Economic Strategy and regeneration programme.

Mohamed Hanslod, CEO, Bri-Tek Technologies
Mohamed was introduced to the world of Eco Technology and LED lighting when he was invited to the Eco Build exhibition in London six years ago by his friend Sakil Kola who had set up Bri-Tek Technologies. The tiny company from Bolton had secured its first big order to supply all the stands at what is seen as the biggest Eco Exhibition of its kind in the world with LED lighting.
You could say Mohamed saw the light, joined Bri-Tek and since then the company has established itself as one of the most innovative and fastest growing in the highly competitive LED sector. Focusing on supplying quality LED products in the commercial and industrial sector as well as bringing innovative accessories to the market.
Recently the company launched a unique emergency battery product for LED lighting, a product made right here in Bolton.
