The UK produces around 10 million tonnes of packaging waste each year. Packaging Eco-Design can minimise overall life cycle impacts of packaging, whilst maintaining or improving performance and cutting costs.

This workshop will benefit any manufacturer or packaging business that wants to optimise packaging to reduce material use and waste, reduce packaging spend and minimise transport costs.

Mark is an aeronautical engineer with a masters degree in environmental engineering and 32 years’ experience in industry and environmental consultancy. He specialises in resource efficiency, circular economy, sustainable procurement, product stewardship, eco-design and environmental training and behaviour change.
