This month’s Business Growth Hub Lunch event features the chance to hear from Mark Lineker about what it’s like to work at one of Rochdale’s oldest companies, TBA Textiles.
Formed in 1868, the business is synonymous world-wide with fire retardant textiles. Mark has worked for the firm for over 25 years, the last six months as general manager.
As well as passing on some tips about longevity in the business world, Mark will also be talking about his recent work with the Business Growth Hub.
This has included an audit from the Hub’s Green Growth team which highlighted a potential £649,000 of resource efficiency savings, and close ties with the textile team, who recently contributed a £96,000 grant to help create 18 jobs and support the company’s continued growth.
We hope you can join us for what promises to be an informative and entertaining event, with excellent networking opportunities over lunch.
Once again, we expect demand to be high so we recommend booking now to avoid disappointment.
