To support businesses and premises remaining open during the COVID-19 pandemic we have developed some standard signage for companies to download and display within the workplace, to ensure the correct social distancing measures are being used.

In addition, the government has also developed posters and other print assets that businesses can display onsite to show compliance with the safety guidelines released.
Employers should display a notice visibly in their shop windows or outside their store to show their employees, customers and other visitors that they have followed the latest guidance.
A series of posters has also been developed as part of the Safely Reopening GM campaign, an initiative to ensure employers and employees work and travel safely during the continuing pandemic.

The government has published guidance for businesses and organisations on how to recognise, contain and report incidents of coronavirus (COVID-19). This information is contained within ‘action cards’ that have been designed to be printed or downloaded and provides instructions to anyone responsible for a business or organisation on what to do in the event of one or more confirmed cases of COVID-19 in the workplace.

To enable individuals and organisations to politely prompt ongoing distancing and respect of individual social space, the NHS has launched the Distance Aware initiative. Businesses can visit the site and download badge/poster templates to display and social media images to use to inform customers they are distance aware.

From 24 September, businesses in certain sectors, including hospitality, close contact services and tourism and leisure, are legally required to display official NHS QR code posters that visitors can scan to "check in" using the NHS COVID-19 app
