Travel advice for businesses and employers

This page was updated on 22 March 2022.

The government is no longer asking people to work from home. People should now talk to their employers to agree arrangements to return to the office.

While face coverings are no longer compulsory, passengers are welcomed to continue wearing them on public transport and on Metrolink stops, in bus stations and interchanges to help keep themselves and others safe.

To help your colleagues to travel safely during the pandemic, refer to Transport for Greater Manchester's (TfGM) latest guidance on travel and commuting in Greater Manchester.
