This programme of support has been specifically designed to suit the ever-changing demands of the Hospitality, Leisure and Tourism industry. Covering a number of key topics, the programme aims to support you and your business through one of the most turbulent times in history.

The Talent Hub and EmployGM
These services provide a wide-ranging offer including support for those on furlough or facing redundancy, careers advice and guidance, training as well as signposting to the latest vacancies. There is also support for businesses available. The Talent Hub is aimed at those within the Tourism and Hospitality Sector and EmployGM is aimed at all other sectors.
Mental health and wellbeing advice
The Growth Company has developed a Mental Health and Wellbeing Resources Pack providing information on how the pandemic may affect mental health along with advice and guidance on how to best manage this during these challenging times.

Following a successful 40-year career in high street business banking, Columb has brought his experience and skills to assist growing businesses requiring funding. His knowledge base now extends to all forms of business finance, including equity, business angel, invoice finance, asset finance, trade, government loan schemes, in addition to traditional bank lending.
As a fervent ambassador for Greater Manchester, Nikki has over 20 years of experience with some of the world’s leading brands within the hospitality sector. Her experience includes account management, new openings, rebranding and relaunching hotels, restaurants and their aligned services. As a specialist in her field, she has been involved in various projects across the UKMEA region, supporting underperforming hotels to increase productivity and save costs.
