Boasting a return on investment of over 10:1, we are amongst the highest gross value-added business support services in the UK. For every £1 we receive in funding, we generate £10 of added value for Greater Manchester, with £506 million of net economic benefit expected to be generated by 2025.

We’re on the ground in all ten local authority areas and our highly skilled teams are passionate about working with businesses at every stage of their lifecycle. Their support makes a tangible difference: 75% of our clients experience a surge in productivity as a result of working with us.

Through our dedicated Social Value support, we also help organisations to understand their impact on wider society, and how to harness this to become a more attractive proposition to prospective employees, customers, suppliers and partners.

A significant portion of our clients, 13%, are owned or managed by individuals from diverse ethnic communities; this surpasses the national average of 6%, a testament to our unshakeable commitment to diversity and inclusivity.

Likewise, an impressive 28% of our clients have female founders, significantly higher than the national average of 16%. We also support businesses owned or managed by individuals with disabilities, with 3% of our beneficiaries in this category, while 39% of our clients are in the most deprived neighbourhoods.
