This session has been designed for manufacturing businesses and explores how to create and implement vision, mission and values as a small or medium sized business.
The workshops will begin with looking at the importance of Vision, Mission and Values before giving examples of some existing company visions being used by successful companies.
A group exercise in coming up with measurable objections in relation to Mission/objectives and how this relates to Values as a collective.
The session will look at living the values and how to implement these into the workplace.
The Masterclass will be an informative and interactive mix of material presented and group creation between the attendees.
The sessions focuses on ensuring attendees leave with not only an understanding of the importance of implementing the above but also to leave with some clear ideas on moving forward, creating their own Mission, Vision and Values and the steps needed to put them into practice.
All outcomes/discussions within the workshop along with the presentation will be shared with the attendees post session.
What will attendees learn / take away from the session?
A clear understanding of the importance of having effective Mission, Vision and Values and how to create their own. How to implement them within the business and how to measure the effectiveness of each underlying objective that underpin each value.
The overall focus of the session is to help the attending business’ develop a clear mission and vision with values and objectives that ensure a positive impact in their growth.

Richard is a highly collaborative professional from the construction and service industry with extensive experience at commercial and organisational level. With a grounding in quantity surveying he has advanced his skills through commercial management, directorship and consultancy. His expertise lies in helping companies save costs and is passionate about staff engagement.
