Innovation for High Growth

This event aims to inspire fresh thinking in business owners and managers by demonstrating the synergistic relationship between business growth and innovation and by providing a flavour of how they can use a systematic approach to assess their innovation capacity, identify areas for development, build commitment for change, and mobilise for action.
The event will be delivered by experienced innovation experts and will provide delegates with an easily digested overview of leading edge thinking in this area, framed with short discursive exercises so that delegates can immediately relate concepts back to their own business.
Delegates will be introduced to a structured model for innovation capacity for growth, and a roadmap for how this can be rolled out to drive improvement in their business. For those wishing to take this approach further, a full day workshop in Excellence in Innovation provides further depth of description and experience of using the innovation model for high growth innovators.

John Henderson’s career has been spent addressing the challenges of business innovation and knowledge transfer from various angles. An experienced workshop leader and facilitator, he develops and delivers group and individual development approaches in innovation and creativity for business leaders and management teams. John has a long standing passion for embedding the processes of innovation and change in all businesses, and has worked with businesses of every size, from SMEs to major PLCs including Unilever and Vodaphone.
Ian Holmes has worked in the armed forces, the outdoor activity and training world, and as manager in industry. In the course of many years involvement with innovation support, funding and technology transfer, he has developed a varied and individual approach o leadership, management styles and problem solving.
