This is the third in a programme of 4 masterclasses that has been designed for Altrincham BID Levy paying Business to Business organisations.   Delivered with support from the Business Growth Hub the programme aims to give eligible business insight into the key areas of Strategy, Finance, Digital and Leadership.   

This session will focus on Digital activity and cover:

  •          An introduction to the digital revolution, the scale of the opportunity, the speed of change      and the risks?
  •          Why digital isn’t for everyone, and the importance of a strategic approach.
  •          Getting started and keeping going.
  •          When do you need additional support and where can you find it for free?
  •          The unwritten rules of the digital and social media spheres.
  •          Role models – who does this brilliantly? How to find and emulate great brands
  •          Introduction to different platforms and channels, how, when and why to use them.
  •          Data-bind – the joy, and the risks of analytics, where to find them and how to use them.
  •          How can you find, build and retain an audience.
  •          PR in a digital world.
  •          How to “cheat” – tips, tools, shortcuts and tools – where to find them, when to pay for them and why to use them.

Digital approaches to building influence, credibility and profit.

Participants will also be introduced to peer-to-peer learning and support techniques and will have unlimited email Q&A support for three months following the workshop
