The next Manufacturing Champions Network will take place as part of the Industry 4.0 Summit and Factories of the Future exhibition which takes place on 4-5 April at the Manchester Central Convention Centre.

Exclusively for manufacturing and engineering leaders from Greater Manchester, this session will look at the practical implications for Industry 4.0 and the SME factory.

16.05   Champions panel - perspectives on implementing Industry 4.0
The Champions will offer their personal insights on their progress on the Industry 4.0 journey, outlining the challenges and opportunities that have presented along the way and consider how their businesses will benefit from the new technologies and processes available to them.

16.35   Workshop - Demystifying Industry 4.0
During the workshop attendees will work with the Champions to identify which components of Industry 4.0 are most relevant to their business, explore what progress has been made to embed this in their operation and what more is needed to maximise benefit. At the end of the session each delegate should have the beginnings of a plan to implement this. 

17.00   Industry 4.0 Summit delegates drinks reception
The session will be followed by a drinks reception with the opportunity to network with the Champions and the event delegates and speakers.
