Recharge: Rochdale

At this month's Recharge event you will hear an inspirational business story from a small business owner and network with the growing community of Greater Manchester SMEs and partner organisations that work with the Hub.

Catherine Machalinski, Founder and Director at Prevail Accountancy in Rochdale is our guest speaker this month. She will share how she has built a strong business combining her sector-specific experience and determination with business growth expertise provided by the Business Growth Hub.

Catherine has a broad range of business and consultancy experience, specialising in the construction sector. She is also a regular speaker at networking events, including those run by Barclays and the Federation of Small Business (FSB).

We will also be joined by Lorraine Cox and Jamie Cooper of local firm STAR Procurement, an award-winning procurement service for Stockport, Trafford and Rochdale Councils. They will explain how local SMEs can engage and do business with Rochdale Council, both as a buyer and a supplier.

Hilary Centeleghe, Senior Growth Manager at Business Growth Hub, will host the event and will also be on hand to outline the full range of free support the Business Growth Hub can offer to businesses in the Borough of Rochdale.

We also invite you to attend the Innovation in Action event, which will be held in the morning, before the Recharge event at the same venue.
