Your organisation is made up of and driven by people and they are fundamental to your business success – and how your employees are led and managed will directly affect their working behaviors and performance.

Research by Investors in People suggests that poor management is costing the UK economy £84bn – but if all UK businesses mirrored best performing businesses and their approach to improving people management, we could benefit from an efficiency gain of £77bn (Impact of Investing in People Report 2015).

It’s therefore no surprise that leadership is high on many organisation’s agendas – but where do you start?

We understand that leadership is a cornerstone of good people management and in turn, organisational success. By encouraging your leaders to continually learn and develop, we want to help your business achieve its ambitions and ensure a happy, healthy and sustainable culture.

This introductory workshop explores accepted models of leadership and some of the tools and processes that can help you assess where, when and how to develop your leadership style and behaviors.
