‘Finance for Growth’ Breakfast Event – Oldham

The latest in our series of breakfast events will be held in Oldham on Tuesday, 16 May and will cover the many ways in which the Business Growth Hub can help you find the funding often needed to accelerate the growth of your business.

Hear from a panel of guest speakers who will share their experiences of securing finance and explain how this finance has helped them grow their business. The discussion will be facilitated by Alan Bambroffe, Access to Finance Specialist at the Business Growth Hub.

The panel will consist of the following guest speakers:

• Dale Harris, Co-director at Dream Big Sports
• Adam Barker, CEO & Co-Founder at MagnaPass

Alan Bambroffe will also explain how you can tap into different areas of funding; from funding provided by the banks to venture capital and alternative sources of finance such as crowdfunding and peer-to-peer lending.

Graham McKendrick, Manager at Oldham Enterprise Trust will talk about the recently re-launched Oldham Enterprise Fund – how it is funded and delivered and importantly how to access it. He will also outline the business support available to businesses and entrepreneurs in Oldham.

This event is a part of the Oldham Festival for Business but it is open to all businesses from across Greater Manchester.
