Time is always limited and we constantly hear “there isn’t enough hours in the day to get everything done!”
Time Management refers to making the best use of time and is not very difficult as a concept, but it’s surprisingly hard to do in practice, especially when you’re running a business.

This workshop draws on proven time management tools. You will see where time is lost and the impact this has on your business and team, and how to manage time more effectively.
During the workshop you will learn to:

  • Identify and focus on your key objectives
  • Prioritise what to do and when to do it
  • Delegate effectively
  • Increase the productivity of both you and your team

Guest speaker

Fran has spent the greatest part of her career working on the boards of SMEs in Sales & Marketing roles, but has also joined a failing manufacturing company as MD and successfully affected its turn round. She subsequently left in order to study for an international MBA, which was invaluable in providing more structure and perspective in her approach to business improvement and leadership.

Throughout her career she has worked closely with other functions to create a holistic approach to making businesses perform better. With her straightforward, no nonsense approach, she applies common sense and gets things done. She is now focused on working with businesses, which are able to make a positive impact to climate change
