Gemma Rolstone of Delphinium Business Coaching 

Gemma started out her professional career as a solicitor and quickly became involved in coaching and mentoring staff to improve performance and working on various projects to improve processes, staff engagement and customer service. This subsequently led to her coaching and mentoring business owners across a wide range of industries in 2013. 

Gemma has over 11 years in the legal industry and 9 years experiencing of coaching and mentoring. She has a proven track record of improving performance, helping businesses to develop their vision and core values, improve staff engagement, meet their objectives and grow.

In April 2016 Gemma set up Delphinium Business Coaching and while this is still a new business in commercial terms, Gemma brings with her a wealth of experience and knowledge.

 Theresa Fenton of Glaisyers 

Theresa will spend some time talking to us around her top 10 tips on some of the legal aspects of being a director, a shareholder, or a business partner.

Theresa has substantial experience in commercial litigation having worked on many large and often-complex commercial litigation cases where she is used to representing clients in the High Court and Court of Appeal. She is also highly regarded in the field of contentious probate claims and has extensive expertise with property litigation including Landlord and Tenant litigation.
